It depends on which level of QuickBooks Online subscription you have and how old your account is. If you are using QuickBooks Online Essentials or Plus and the account is less than 90 days old, you can purge all of the data.
1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
2. Change the URL to include /purgecompany
If you are using QuickBooks Online Simple Start or the account is older than 90 days. You would need to cancel the account and create a new subscription.
Some accountants have a workaround to overwrite data that is otherwise not eligible for purging but this requires access to QuickBooks Desktop and a ProAdvisor that knows what they are doing.
